One of a number of 'cult figures' at the club Clang has mixed a bit of jetsetting this year in between snagging a heap of majors for the Ressies where he leads the Reserves competition sharpshooters.

Starting his career as a tough back pocket who rarely lost a one on one contest. Chris has since been a dangerous small forward who loves a goal especially if it comes after taking a goal square hanger.

Chris debuted in 1999 and was a big part of St Bernards golden period regularly playing A Grade finals and capped off in 2002 where Chris was a member of the clubs all conquering Premiership side.

Chris has been a popular and regular senior player over many years and it is great testimony to him that he is now the 6th highest player for senior games in St Bernards history, a remarkable achievement (172 seniors, 25 reserves, 3 U/19s)

Chris is the eldest of five boys, all of whom have played Senior footy at the Snakepit except youngest Luke who was drafted to Carlton this year. Chris bagged six in his 200th and was all smiles after his 200th pictured with bros (from left: Andrew, Steve Chris and Dave) after Saturdays big win over Caulfield

All at St Bernards congratulate Chris on his 200th and we look forward to seeing him having a big finals series before pushing towards the 250!

Well done Clang!

The Mitchell brothers.
