Mark Riley gives early commitment to Coach in 2017

St Bernards FC is very pleased to announce , that we have been very fortunate to secure Mark Riley's services as Senior coach for 2017.

Mark came to the club in 2016 with over 20 years of coaching experience initially in the  WAFL, and then primarily, across multiple clubs in the AFL competition.

Marks experience, skill and very strong and focussed performance, under at times difficult circumstances this year, reinforced the view of the Committee, to seek Marks early commitment for 2017. Mark responded very positively to this early approach, and is very keen and committed for 2017.

Mark Riley went on to comment

"Coaching St Bernards FC in the VAFA has been a new football experience, challenging and exciting at the same time. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with a very dedicated playing group and off field team at the club. When the club approached me recently about the 2017 season, i had no hesitation in giving my full commitment. We have a very important job to do in the remainder of this season, and i look forward to taking this challenge head on, and then working on an exciting 2017 season"

This is very important and positive news for St BernardsFC, and as we look forward to a very strong finish to this year, and another big year of football in 2017.
